Older generations are working longer for a variety of reasons. How is this going to affect your multi-generational workforce? How will this affect your training, and benefit needs...not to mention your succession planning!?! Christy Close, a facilitator of HR classes with the Continuing Education department at UTA, UNT, and DCCCD. She received her Masters in HR Mgmt with an emphasis in Global Org, as well as HR certifications, and a Paralegal degree. She is the author of Employee Relations 101, a book for new managers. After 8 years in the military, and 20 years in the HR & Employee Relations arena, she is now an HR/ER Consultant in the DFW area. With over 1100 EEOC cases under her belt, she enjoys working with new management to ensure they are well versed in working with employees and the legal system. Her current training classes include: prep management for all generations, HR Capstone & HR certification test prep. With multiple generations, and remote workers in the workforce, is one of the top priorities of employer concern.
