Ethical and Practical Considerations on the Use of AI in Human Resources Artificial intelligence presents many opportunities and challenges to human resources professionals. In this highly interactive presentation, Mike Coffey, SPHR, SHRM-SCP will demonstrate many of the ways that artificial intelligence is impacting HR departments and facilitate participants’ evaluation of ethical questions posed by the inevitable introduction of AI into many HR processes.
