This session will take you to that often-uncomfortable place of addressing negative behaviors that erode positive workplace culture and diminish psychological safety. Attend this session to glean strategies that disrupt these often-toxic behaviors to improve focus and positive workplace culture.

About our speaker...
Pamela Carroll holds a Master’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas and she is a certificate holder from the Association of Workplace Investigators as well as having a PHR from HRCI and CP from the Society of Human Resource Management. She thrives in bringing calm and civility to workplace toxicity.
Pamela has served over 25+ years in corporate, nonprofit and Public School HR leadership roles. Pamela loves Golden Retrievers and trying to play golf. She credits her grit to playing high school basketball in a small farming community school deep in the Ozark mountains of Arkansas.
