    Lillian Davenport, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MGSCC, is the CEO of End View Solutions, LLC, and a leadership and career strategist. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Woodforest National Bank, and American International Group, Inc., Lillian specialized in employee relations, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. During her corporate career, she led an employee relations function for North American business groups. She also coached and trained leaders across the U.S. and internationally.
